Chickpea and onion soup

I improvised upon Haalo’s spiced chickpea and onion soup by using parsley instead of baby spinach and rocket. A carrot was also added into the mix and everything was seasoned with majoram, basil, a bit of cayenne pepper and Hungarian Kalocsai paprika. Erős Pista was used in place of Harissa. This variant has a more European flavour and you can find most ingredients easily.
